1.  Please complete the following booking form and send it to BHH with the relative payment.  Full payment should reach our office 30 days prior to the beginning date of your stay.

2.  Upon receipt, we will send you confirmation of your reservation and accommodations, and an information packet as described below.

3.  Prices are in U.S. dollars and are per night for Bed & Breakfast accommodations, for a minimum of 2 nights.  For 1 night only, please add $5.00 per person.

4.  Reduced rates are usually available for stays of longer than 2 weeks with the same host family.  We can also arrange a stay tailored to your special requirements.  Besides the information on the Booking Form, please advise us of the length of stay, if you would want full board, laundry, etc. and what you have budgeted for your stay.  We will match your requirements to the appropriate host family and provide you with a quotation accordingly.

5.  In case of cancellation a full refund will be made, less $15 handling charge, if cancellation notice is received 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice, refund will be made at the discretion of BHH.

6.  It is understood that BELLS' HOME HOSPITALITY acts as an agent for the hosting arrangements and is not to be held responsible for any claims arising from either the guest(s) or host(s). Although all host homes have been personally inspected and selected by BHH with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, neither BHH nor hosts will be held liable for dissatisfaction with services or accommodations arranged.
